A day in Buxton, England

By C.Elizabeth

Last Saturday, Andrew and his parents suggested we all go to Buxton, a little old town about an hour away from where we live. You might have heard of it because of the water coming from there.
I wasn't quite sure at first since I've been very unwell lately with a pneumonia and a bad back, but since the weather was fantastic, I decided to go along. After all, there's always somewhere I can sit if I feel too tired, so why miss an opportunity to visit somewhere new? And it was the best opportunity to finally get to wear my lovely H&M dress!
On top of that, I've been stuck at home for over two weeks now and it will be another three before I go back to work so I'm very bored. At least the weather is on my side so I can sit in my backyard and enjoy the sun!

Beautiful pictures, it looks lovely! Pneumonia and a bad back sounds really boring, hope you'll get better soon:)
I'm from Oslo, Norway. The weather has been lovely here this weekend, warm and nice. Thank you for the nice comment about the blouse, it's from H&M:)

Sorry to sound you've been ill! I hope the weather will not only cheer you up but restore you to good health again :) When I first read 'Buxton' I wondered why it sounded familiar, now I know why, haha :)

You are indeed looking very pretty and summery! I would recommend getting a couple of books, I've been loving sitting in the sun reading, its the ultimate in relaxation!
